Last updated: July 11, 2026

Trazi (“this site,” “we,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our site that are reported to our designated copyright agent identified below.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on this site, please submit a written notice (“DMCA Takedown Notice”) containing the following information to our designated agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by the notice, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) that we can locate it on the site.
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay in processing your DMCA Takedown Notice.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

DMCA Takedown Notices should be sent to:

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on this site was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice, or an agent of that person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content, unless the original complaining party informs us within the timeframe required by law that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users or contributors who are repeat infringers.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
